Our recommendations are based on a desire to see you get well and stay well.
We are a non-participating insurance provider, which means we will provide the necessary insurance claim information for you to submit to your carrier. Your insurance company may then reimburse you for services per your policy.
We request that 100% of the first visit be paid at the time of service. On other visits payment may be made at the end of the week if a credit guarantee form is signed.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are happy to accept your check, cash, MasterCard or Visa.
We do offer a same day service fee reduction if payment is made within the week of service (this policy is not applicable for Medicare patients as law prohibits us from offering any discounts on Medicare visits). In addition, we offer pre-paid program incentives for 10-visit packages. Please inquire about the details.
We also provide fee reductions for children of active patients.
WE DO ACCEPT:
