  1. Sleep: Protect brain’s inner clock.  Need 6-8 hours daily. Constant exposure to artificial light is BAD.  So, minimize technology viewing and use blue light filters.  Get outside and be active.  Dark room while sleeping.
  2. DHA: Naturally found in non-farmed fish.  Consume 3-5 small body fish weekly.  Supplement with fish or Krill oil 3 grams daily.  Fish not only contain DHA but also great source of iodine and Vit. A.
  3. Daily Exercise: Build health Mitochondria (energy source of ATP in body) with daily exercise.  Healthy activity not excessive is the key.
  4. Magnesium: Critical need for energy-producing enzymes within Mitochondria.  Natural pain analgesic.
  5. Antioxidants: Ubiquinol 70-100 mg daily.  Cardiovascular protection and brain protection from free radical damage.
  6. Hydration: Reverses damaging effects of radiation due to cell phones, computers (EMF).  Consume half your body weight in ounces of water daily.  Fruits do contribute to this recommendation.
  7. Increase daily intake of vegetables, fruits. Meat consumption is good, just limited to non-corporate farmed, and find grass-fed beef or organic chicken.  Try to eliminate or minimize junk food (simple carbohydrates), gluten, processed foods.
  8. Learn to manage stress better: Place our energies into what we can control, like our attitude and how we respond to adversity, vs. things beyond our control to let them go.

  10. Supplements: D3 2- 5,000 IU’s daily; NAC (N-acetyl cysteine); ALCAR (acetyl-L-carnitine); A-lipoic acid 100 mg daily; ALL these are found in MULTI-PRIMAL.  2 AM and 2 PM.
  11. Daily fasting for a minimum of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast.
  12. Optimizing oral hygiene using both an electric flosser and toothbrush.
  13. Coconut oil: Use for cooking and try to get one tablespoon daily.
  14. Anti-inflammatory herbs: Curcumin and Tumeric
  15. Regular chiropractic adjustments to support a healthy neurological and immune system.
