The entire spine is evaluated for the presence of structural joint subluxations (spinal misalignments adversely affecting neurological function) which cause ill health.

He also received a post-graduate degree in Spinal Trauma through the International Chiropractic Association, under the tutelage of Dr. Daniel Murphy, enabling Dr. Geary to manage and effectively treat difficult injury conditions, both acute and chronic.

Dr. Geary received an advanced teacher certification in Powerlift, a patented approach to injury-free, safe, ergonomic lifting techniques used in general industry as well as nursing home facilities. Being an avid athlete himself, Dr. Geary has an insider's perspective on sports chiropractic care. His routine participation in competitive training and events, along with his past competitive participation in collegiate football and wrestling, have enabled him to provide unique and effective treatment approaches to a variety of athletic injuries.

Dr. Geary has a strong belief in the intimate role of structure and function, in particular the spine, in relation to the nervous system. He has a passion for enabling his patients with chronic health conditions to benefit from the specific application of chiropractic care.

Dr. Geary founded Geary Chiropractic in 1991, currently located in Burnsville, Minnesota. He is happily married and has four great children who occupy his enjoyment and remaining leisure time.
